In addition to cash bonuses, there are also businesses that give bonuses in products or gold to encourage employees. Notably, Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd., VSIP Industrial Park (in Thuan An City, Binh Duong) gives employees a one-month salary bonus for Tet.
In addition, the company decided to give gifts of gratitude to 24 employees who have worked for the company for 15 years, each gift including 1 tael of gold, a thank you letter and flowers.
According to the law, Tet bonuses are based on the production and business situation of the enterprise. Although there is no mandatory regulation on this amount, at the end of the year, enterprises always try to reward their employees. They consider this as a timely encouragement and gratitude to the employees.
Previously, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued an official dispatch on the deadline for reporting on the salary and Tet bonus situation of enterprises for employees this year on December 25.
