On the occasion of Christmas, on the afternoon of December 23, Mr. Vu Chien Thang, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs visited and congratulated Priest Tran Xuan Manh, Non-professional Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee. Also attending were representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Comrade Vu Chien Thang, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, wished Father Tran Xuan Manh and the parishioners good health, a peaceful Christmas and a happy New Year. Recognizing the spirit of solidarity, attachment and efforts of the Father and the parishioners who have actively and effectively contributed to the socio -economic development, maintaining national defense and security of Thanh Hoa province in particular and the whole country in general, the Deputy Minister hoped that Father Tran Xuan Manh would continue to do a good job in propagating and mobilizing the parishioners to live a "good life and good religion", strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, contributing to building the homeland and the country increasingly prosperous.
