According to initial information, from June 15, Nguyen Xuan Thien (49 years old; residing in Thuan An commune, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien - Hue province) took a football betting site with the account "Master", then divided the sub-agent account "Agent" for Nguyen Kha (52 years old; residing in Hai Que commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province).

Nguyen Kha continued to divide the "Member" account to 4 other subjects residing in Quang Tri province.

After receiving the accounts, these subjects organized football betting for others. From June 15 to July 3, Nguyen Xuan Thien's network organized hundreds of people to gamble with a total amount of over 30 billion VND.

The police seized evidence including 1 car, 6 cell phones, 1 laptop and related objects and documents.

Working at the police station, the subjects confessed to their online soccer betting behavior.
