Specifically as follows:

1. Some information about the Hearing

- Time: 14:30 on July 2, 2024 (Türkiye time);

- Organization format: online;

- Registration deadline: June 28, 2024. DGI recommends that interested parties regularly monitor emails from DGI for accurate updates on the address and access platform of the Hearing;

- Email address for registration: [email protected]

2. Recommendations

In the case of anti-dumping, Vietnamese manufacturing and exporting enterprises are the parties involved in the case, and need to fully cooperate to prove that they are not dumping or dumping at low prices (if any). In order to promptly respond to the case, the Department of Trade Remedies recommends the following to the parties involved:

- Carefully study the DGI's instructions; prepare required documents and information; fully cooperate with DGI throughout the entire process of the case;

- Regularly monitor emails from DGI for updates on the address and access platform of the Hearing. If necessary, interested parties may contact DGI directly to request clarification of the contents;

- Proactively contact and coordinate with the PVTM Department to receive timely support.
