Establishment of Document Subcommittee

The Document Subcommittee consists of 37 members. Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation is the Head of the Subcommittee.

The Document Subcommittee has the following duties and powers: Assisting the Provincial Party Standing Committee in assessing the implementation of goals, programs, projects, and plans set forth by the Congress and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVI, 2020 - 2025; drafting the political report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVI, to be submitted to the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, and reporting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for submission to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and approval.

Establishment of the Personnel Subcommittee

The Personnel Subcommittee consists of 8 members. Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation is the Head of the Subcommittee.

The Personnel Subcommittee has the following duties and powers: Develop a direction for personnel work for the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and approval; develop a plan to introduce personnel for the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for approval; develop a Report on personnel work for the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee to report to the 16th Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and submission to the 17th Provincial Party Congress.

Establishment of the Service Organization Subcommittee

The Subcommittee consists of 19 members. Comrade Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council is the Head of the Subcommittee.

The Organizing and Service Subcommittee has the following duties and powers: Develop and submit to the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee a plan to organize, serve, and protect the Congress; direct and organize the implementation of the plan to serve and protect the Congress; and report on the summary of the work of serving and protecting the Congress.

Establishment of Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee

The Subcommittee consists of 7 members. Comrade Duong Duc Huy, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department is the Head of the Subcommittee.

The Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee is responsible for developing a plan and organizing propaganda for the 17th Provincial Party Congress. Developing a plan to direct agencies, units, and mass organizations to promptly and extensively disseminate propaganda to cadres, civil servants, public employees, party members, armed forces, and the people about the meaning and importance of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
