The Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project has a scale of nearly 300 hectares with a total investment of 3,650 billion VND. The objective of the Project is to invest in the construction and business of industrial park infrastructure and provide other related services. The Project not only contributes to solving the increasing demand for industrial space in the Northern region, but also promises to create momentum for economic development, attract investment, create jobs and shift the local economic structure. When put into operation, the Project is expected to create jobs for about 23,000 workers, attracting key industries such as: Processing - manufacturing industry, supporting industry, technical infrastructure, water - waste treatment, logistics and real estate leasing, factories - warehouses to build a synchronous and modern industrial ecosystem.

The new urban area project, the central pedestrian street of Phan Dinh Phung ward is invested by Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The project has a scale of 6.64 hectares; total investment capital of 2,452,087 billion VND; including main items: Walking street, agencies, public space, commerce, culture - art, trees... The completed project will create a public space of culture - art, forming an important landscape axis connecting Vo Nguyen Giap Square and Cau River, completing the space, civilized and modern urban landscape architecture for the central area of Thai Nguyen province.

Tan Thai Nui Coc Lake Golf Course, Housing and Entertainment Complex (Phase 1) is located in Dai Phuc Commune, Thai Nguyen Province, invested by Tan Thai - An Phat Golf Joint Stock Company and 216 Thai Nguyen; total investment capital is 2,500 billion VND. With an area of 220 hectares, Tan Thai Nui Coc Lake Golf Course is planned with 27 holes, the largest investment golf course in Thai Nguyen to date. The Bach Quang Ward Social Housing Project is invested by VITC High-Tech Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of 386.85 billion VND. The project is built on an area of over 5.68 hectares, in the center of Bach Quang Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The construction site of the Project is a strategic location conveniently connected to industrial parks, administrative centers and major traffic routes of Thai Nguyen Province. The project includes low-rise social housing and quality, modern social housing apartments, providing accommodation for about 1,780 residents. Upon completion, the Project will provide the market with 260 low-rise social housing units (maximum area of 70 m2/unit), built 2.5 floors; 203 standard apartments (maximum area 70 m2/apartment) are built on an area of 2,218 m2, 5 floors, with 01 extended basement. In addition, there are kindergartens, commercial and service buildings, social infrastructure, etc.
On this occasion, nationwide, about 250 projects and works of ministries, branches, localities, corporations and general companies in 34 provinces and cities were started and inaugurated, with a total investment of up to 1,280,000 billion VND. Of which, 161 projects started and 89 projects were inaugurated. In particular, the Government Standing Committee selected 80 typical projects and works to be broadcast online nationwide, creating a simultaneous "construction festival", affirming the political determination and development aspirations of the country in the new period.
