Kilo 636 submarine will parade at sea on National Day September 2

Recently, the Navy has urgently coordinated with relevant agencies and units to develop a plan to organize a parade of armed forces at sea.

The armed forces parade at sea will be held in Khanh Hoa province, with the participation of forces such as the Navy, Vietnam Coast Guard, Border Guard and Military Region 5.

In which, the Navy's forces and means play a core role, with the participation of Kilo 636 submarines, surface ships, Naval Air Force and other specialized units.

Currently, all vehicles, weapons, equipment and military equipment serving the parade have been thoroughly inspected and maintained, ensuring the best technical condition, ready to serve the mission in real conditions.

Working with participating units, Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Bach, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Navy, requested that the coordinating forces and units strictly comply with discipline; closely manage troop numbers; and ensure absolute safety throughout the mission.

Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Bach also requested units to organize logistics and technical work well, especially ensuring the technical condition of ships, boats, equipment and weapons during training and participation in the parade.

Units closely follow the plan, organize mobile training according to the approved plan, form tight parade formations and promptly draw lessons after each training session to improve overall quality.

The celebration, parade, and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2nd, will take place at 6:30 a.m. on September 2nd at Ba Dinh Square and several central streets of Hanoi .

This year's parade featured the participation of military vehicles on the parade route after 40 years since National Day September 2, 1985. The ground parade force of the Army and Police consisted of 43 marching units, 18 standing units with more than 15,600 soldiers.

Kilo submarines are diesel-electric attack submarines, with anti-ship and anti-submarine warfare missions.
