From practical work, despite many difficulties, industrial and handicraft production activities in the commune have been maintained stably and have a fairly high growth rate. Currently, the whole commune has 474 households producing and trading in the above fields, 89 households producing and trading forestry and ornamental plant varieties...

In the field of trade and services, the commune implements measures to stimulate consumption; ensures smooth circulation of goods, serving people's living needs. Focuses on developing a synchronous trade network, in which creating conditions for enterprises to form joint ventures and associations with individual households and agents to consume products; expands business forms, joint ventures, associations, and exchanges of goods, especially construction materials, agricultural materials, agricultural products, food, essential necessities, etc.

At the same time, the commune focuses on comprehensive development of the agricultural sector. Many key agricultural production programs have been effectively implemented. Scientific and technical advances, new varieties of crops and livestock with high productivity have been put into production such as: Growing gray oyster mushrooms, raising deer for velvet, raising hybrid chickens... The system of canals, irrigation, and internal roads has been invested synchronously, contributing to the formation of concentrated production areas. The whole commune currently maintains a stable 160ha of rice cultivation, 110ha of vegetables and various colors... The production value per hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture is estimated at 68 million VND. In addition, the commune is interested in supporting subjects and organizations participating in the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) Program; encouraging the establishment of new enterprises, production and business households... to participate in cooperation, linking production, processing, and product consumption associated with the development of local typical products.

Comrade Khuat Van Quy - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee said: Thanks to the synchronous implementation of solutions in economic development, poverty reduction work in the commune has made steady progress. Up to now, the average income per capita of the commune has reached 60 million VND/person/year; the rate of poor households has decreased to 0.95%, the rate of near-poor households is 0.78%... The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction; the number of households with stable and good incomes is increasing, contributing to changing the appearance of the new rural commune to be spacious and modern.

In the coming time, the commune will continue to create favorable conditions for businesses and business households to invest in developing a variety of industrial and handicraft sectors associated with trade and services; effectively implement key programs in agricultural and forestry production, and continue to research and deploy more sustainable poverty reduction solutions, using capital from programs and projects to support people in developing and replicating economic models suitable to the potential and advantages of the locality, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction.
