This is a practical activity to respond to the policy of arranging administrative units, contributing to promoting administrative reform, improving the quality of service to the people, especially in the field of civil status.

Citizens who successfully register their marriage online and come to receive the results will receive meaningful souvenirs from the local government, such as: couple cups, notebooks, keychains, etc., along with a congratulatory letter from the Ward People's Committee.

The model aims to encourage people to access and use online public services, contributing to increasing the rate of online application submission and cashless payment. Through giving small gifts, the ward government hopes to spread the spirit of "Understanding the people to accompany - Being close to the people to share - Listening to the people to act", building the image of a friendly, modern government, close to the people and for the people.

The program is implemented until December 31, 2025.
