Striker Nguyen Ngoc My stood out in the U19 Dong A Thanh Hoa team that won the 2023 National U19 Championship and was honored as the tournament's Best Player. In 2024, Ngoc My continued to win the title of "Top Scorer" at the National U21 Championship, making a great contribution to helping U21 Dong A Thanh Hoa win third place overall.

The striker, born in 2004, has played 13 matches for Thanh Hoa in the 2024-2025 V-League, scoring 2 goals.
