Some places even support rentals for as little as 200,000 VND/day.

The devices are cleverly disguised as music players, matchboxes, Nokia 1080 phones, ATM cards, keys... or even buttons, collars or placed in Casio calculators. The price of each type of headset is different and usually ranges from 300,000 - 3,000,000 VND (depending on the type). According to the introduction of many account owners, these types of headsets are difficult to detect because they are small in size, have sensitive microphones, sound loud and clear and can be used for many hours continuously.

Along with product introduction information, these account owners often attach a video or link to a YouTube channel with dozens of videos detailing how to use the products.

Not only the super small headphones, these account owners also introduced many other super small camera products with the ability to "take super sharp exam pictures" to maximize the effectiveness of both products. The super small camera is a button-shaped camera, just need to be attached to the button with the role of filming, taking pictures to send the exam outside, the headphones play the answers after the outside has finished solving the exam.

Most of the contact phone numbers are publicly provided by account owners on social networks or product introduction posts, but account owners can only be contacted via Zalo and buying and selling activities and exchanges take place discreetly.

Posing as a customer about to take the high school exam, the reporter contacted the seller in a Facebook group with thousands of members to ask to buy a device to "support" the exam. After contacting the seller via Zalo, the reporter was introduced by the seller named GCĐ to a set of super small headphones with a price ranging from 1.5 to 3 million VND, difficult to detect with the size of a super small bean.

A set of equipment will include: 1 sim card transmitter (Nokia 105 phone), 1 super small headset, 5 batteries to run the headset and 1 charger. All you need to do is call the phone number on the Nokia phone and the signal will be immediately transmitted to the headset. "This one has a SIM card installed, when you call it will automatically pick up and play the call to your ear. We only sell, not rent, payment is by COD (cash on delivery service - PV)", said the seller.

After the reporter expressed his wish to directly transact to check the device before deciding to buy, this person refused and asked for sympathy, "because this is the national high school exam period, the police do not allow the sale of this item of mine, so I am afraid to transact directly". Realizing that the customer was regretful about the above information, the seller continued to promise: "Then you wait until the beginning of July, because this time is difficult".

According to the reporter's investigation, only businesses under the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense are allowed to trade in the above equipment. At the same time, businesses must also be granted a certificate of eligibility for security and order by the competent authority.
