At the program, the 4th Corps organized a tour of the following contents: Organization, testing methods and evaluation of the results of AK submachine gun shooting lesson 1, explosives lesson 1, grenade throwing lesson 1, along with measures to handle situations of shooting, throwing, and fighting (explosives). The delegates also visited the system of signs and boards in the regular construction, arranging internal order and hygiene, and consolidating the barracks landscape. Before that, to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the 4th Corps, the 9th Division established a steering committee, a content team, and selected units and forces with capacity and qualifications in practice as models.

This visit aims to unify the organization, command methods, and handling of situations in shooting, grenade throwing, and explosives testing for new soldiers in 2023 to apply in practice to units to ensure compliance with regulations. From there, improve the level, organization, command methods, training, especially in the "3 explosions" test for new soldiers in units throughout the corps to achieve high results and absolute safety. At the same time, unify in building discipline for agency and unit cadres in the entire 4th Corps.

Drawing on experience from the tour, Colonel Do Van Luc, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the 4th Corps, praised the officers and soldiers of Division 9 for doing a good job of preparing in all aspects, organizing and modeling the contents according to plan, ensuring good quality, high efficiency and safety.

Colonel Do Van Luc also agreed on a number of contents for agencies and units in the entire corps to study and implement to achieve the set goals and requirements, improve training quality, combat readiness, and build discipline to contribute to building a comprehensive, exemplary, and typical strong unit in 2023 and the following years.
