Phu Tho inaugurated and started many projects to celebrate National Day September 2

The Provincial Cultural and Artistic House project with a total investment of nearly 426 billion VND is built on an area of 17,805m2, with a scale of 1,000 seats; construction area of 4.94m2 (including outdoor stage), total main floor area of about 14,274m2; auxiliary items create a common landscape for the project; technical solutions, electricity, water, fire prevention and fighting systems, etc. are synchronized according to the project level...

This will be the venue for professional and non-professional cultural and artistic performances, mass cultural and artistic performances and other political , economic, cultural and social community activities of the people in the province, serving the cultural and artistic enjoyment needs of the people and tourists.

At the same time, the inauguration ceremony of Yen Lac Regional Medical Center was also solemnly held by Phu Tho province.

The project includes 4 blocks with a total construction area of over 2,000m2, with a scale of 250 beds. The total investment is over 313 billion VND. The center has a modern equipment system with a system of examination rooms, laboratories, diagnostic imaging rooms and inpatient treatment areas, fully meeting community health care standards. It is expected to increase to 700 people coming for medical examination and treatment after the new block is put into use.

Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh suggested that Yen Lac Regional Medical Center should exploit and effectively use existing facilities and equipment. Effectively use investment resources for health sector development; comprehensively, synchronously and breakthroughly innovate medical examination and treatment, taking patients as the center.

Cooperate with upper-level hospitals to train, coach, and transfer specialized techniques. Promote socialization, digital transformation, diversify health care services, contribute to improving professional capacity and serving the community effectively.

On the same day, in Binh Nguyen commune, Xuan Lang, Phu Tho province, the groundbreaking ceremony of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park was held, invested by Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Company Limited.

The project covers an area of 295.74 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 2,200 billion in Xuan Lang commune, Phu Tho province. Upon completion, the project will provide the market with more than 3 million square meters of factory floor space from 1 to 5 floors, with 100% of factory roofs covered with solar panels.

With optimal planning, the industrial park has dedicated 35 hectares of trees and 15 hectares of water surface, accounting for nearly 17% of the total project area, creating a natural ecosystem and regulating the microclimate. At the same time, applying a circular waste management model, aiming for carbon neutrality.

Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that Phu Tho province is committed to completing infrastructure for transportation, electricity, water, telecommunications (5G, IOT); attracting high-tech investment; ensuring that 100% of industrial parks are treated with wastewater and waste meeting standards and using renewable energy; promoting training of high-quality human resources and building social housing and housing for workers; at the same time, focusing on reviewing industrial parks according to the approved planning of the province to ensure compliance with national planning.

Also this morning, in Van Phu ward, Phu Tho province, the ground breaking ceremony was held for the resettlement area of the Ao Vanh-Bo Tro-Go Den resettlement area project, part of the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway construction investment project.

Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan emphasized that the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway project is a vital railway route, invested in and built in a modern and synchronous manner to meet the domestic and international transportation needs between Vietnam and China. Therefore, Phu Tho province identified site clearance as a key task and the key to the success of the project.

Therefore, the Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board has performed well the functions and tasks of the investor, strictly managed the progress and quality of the project, ensuring compliance with regulations; strengthened inspection, supervision, and promptly resolved difficulties and problems during the implementation process to complete the project on schedule and ensure quality.

The resettlement area is invested in Phu Tho province, with a scale of 8.1 hectares, arranged for about 110 households to resettle. The technical infrastructure of the resettlement area is invested synchronously and modernly with a total investment of about 90 billion VND (including items of leveling, roads, water supply, drainage, electricity supply, lighting...).
