According to the announcement, the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem District has received 523 applications from parents of students in Tay Mo Ward wishing to transfer their children to Tay Mo 3 Primary School (Nam Tu Liem District). Of these, 230 students are studying at Ly Nam De Primary School (Tay Mo Ward), the rest (293 students) are studying elsewhere.

The announcement of the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem district classifies 3 groups of subjects as follows:

For 230 students of Ly Nam De Primary School who want to transfer to Tay Mo 3 Primary School: if they wish to continue studying at Ly Nam De Primary School or transfer to Tay Mo Primary School, or transfer to Dai Mo 3 Primary School (Dai Mo Ward), they must submit a new application at the school they wish to transfer to. The application submission period is from 2:00 p.m. on August 25 to 12:00 p.m. on August 26, 2024.

For the remaining 293 students, if they wish to transfer to Tay Mo Primary School, Ly Nam De Primary School or Dai Mo 3 Primary School (Dai Mo Ward), they must submit a new application at the schools they wish to transfer to. The application submission period is from 2:00 p.m. on August 25 to 12:00 p.m. on August 26, 2024.

For 1,111 students of Tay Mo 3 Primary School, if they wish to transfer back to Tay Mo Primary School or transfer to Ly Nam De Primary School, or Dai Mo 3 Primary School (Dai Mo Ward), they must submit a new application at the school they wish to transfer to. The application submission period is from 2:00 p.m. on August 25 to 12:00 p.m. on August 26, 2024.

Notice: When parents come to submit a new application form (form available at the school), they must submit the original "Application Form" certified by the school that the parents are holding.

According to the project to separate Dai Mo Primary School into Dai Mo Primary School and Dai Mo 3 Primary School (Project No. 99/DA-UBND dated June 26, 2024) of Dai Mo Ward People's Committee approved by the District People's Committee), Dai Mo 3 Primary School can only accept 190 more students for each grade.

After 12:00 on August 26, 2024, schools will compile applications and send them to the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem District for consideration and settlement according to regulations and notify the results before 2:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024.

At the meeting between the local government and residents of Vinhomes Smart City Urban Area on the afternoon of August 23, Vice Chairman of Nam Tu Liem People's Committee Do Thi Thuy Ha said that regarding the fact that many parents who are residents of Vinhomes Smart City Urban Area expressed their wishes for their children to transfer to Tay Mo 3 Primary School according to the correct enrollment route, the district has received and reviewed; thereby determining that the parents' wishes are legitimate and appropriate. The district agreed on a plan to try to accept all wishes of parents to send their children to public schools in the area, ensuring convenience for students and parents... The district will have a final notice to parents, expected on August 27".

Tay Mo 3 Primary School is a public school, built with the district's public investment budget (residents of Vinhomes Smart City urban area do not have to contribute) and separated from Tay Mo Primary School. The school officially came into operation from the 2024 - 2025 school year.
