Tan Long commune was formed on the basis of merging Tan Long and Tan Tien communes. The commune Party Committee currently has 33 grassroots Party cells with 525 Party members. In the 2020-2025 term, in the context of many difficulties, with the spirit of solidarity of the political system, cadres, Party members and people of all ethnic groups in Tan Long commune have promoted internal strength, exploited the maximum potential of local strengths, mobilized resources to complete 21/21 targets set by the Congress Resolution. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels have been improved; the effectiveness of State management in all fields has been enhanced.

In the 2025-2030 term, Tan Long Commune Party Committee will continue to promote the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party and political system; improve the leadership capacity of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres, civil servants and Party members with sufficient qualities and capabilities to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. At the same time, focus resources on socio -economic development; promote the application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; build and develop culture and society to meet the requirements of comprehensive and sustainable development.

With the theme "Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland; the strength of great national unity; joining hands and being determined to successfully achieve the goals by 2030; firmly stepping forward in the era of national development", the Congress proposed 2 breakthroughs, 4 key tasks and 7 main solutions for implementation.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ma The Hong acknowledged and highly appreciated the important achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tan Long commune have achieved in the past term.

He suggested that the Tan Long Commune Party Committee should continue to build a clean, strong, and comprehensive Party Committee; especially building solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee, considering this a decisive factor for success. The important task now is to quickly stabilize the organization after the merger to operate smoothly, synchronously, and effectively.

At the same time, innovate and improve the quality of education and training; focus on protecting and taking care of people's health; encourage the development of community tourism associated with traditional cultural identity; focus on sustainable poverty reduction. Along with that, focus on promoting administrative reform, building honest local governments, serving the people, close to the people.

Comrade Ly Thi Lan, Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation of the XV term of Tuyen Quang province, congratulated the Party Executive Committee of Tan Long commune for the 2025-2030 term.

He requested that immediately after the Congress, the Party Executive Committee of Tan Long commune urgently develop a program and action plan to implement the Congress Resolution with a specific roadmap, so that the policies can soon come into life and the goals can soon become reality.
