The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: As the heroic homeland of Ba Trieu, in recent years, the Provincial Women's Union and all levels of the union, women's union members of Thanh Hoa province have always strived and become one of the union organizations with leading movements in the country. In particular, the Union at all levels has had many models and good practices that have left their marks and results in practice, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by local Party committees and authorities.

During the leadership and direction, the Women's Union at all levels in the province has grown in all aspects, firmly in management, operation, and organization building. In particular, the Union at all levels has had many programs and movements contributing to the socio-economic development of the province. Notably, the programs and projects supporting women members in the province to develop the economy, reduce poverty quickly and sustainably, gender equality, the movement "Thanh Hoa women join hands to build new rural areas", associated with the campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean", the program "Godmother - connecting love" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union... have been effective, have had a profound influence in social life, thereby highlighting the correct policies and guidelines of the Party and State.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Women's Union and all levels of women's unions in the province to continue promoting the fine traditions of Vietnamese women and the results achieved, with the highest determination, striving to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out by the 18th Thanh Hoa Provincial Women's Congress, term 2021-2026.

At the same time, we must do well in emulation movements, research more movements that are suitable to the characteristics of the locality, have many grassroots-oriented programs, support members in all aspects; strive to always be the leading flag in the national women's movement. Women in each Women's Union organization from the province to the grassroots must truly share, unite, love and support each other in work and life...

In addition, the Women's Union at all levels must closely follow the political tasks of the province, organize and participate in the implementation of movements launched by the province. In particular, actively and effectively participate in the implementation of Directive No. 22-CT/TU, dated March 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, with compassion, mobilize women's union members to support the construction of houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province.

Women's Unions at all levels in the province, especially Women's Unions at all levels in coastal areas, must mobilize their families and relatives to actively respond to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on compliance with the law in exploiting and catching aquatic products, in order to strive to remove the "yellow card" for Vietnam's seafood industry by November 2024.

The Association at all levels actively and effectively implemented the Project to build "Communes, wards, towns, districts, towns and cities without drugs" in Thanh Hoa province, period 2024-2025 associated with the campaign "Building families with 5 no's, 3 clean's". In which, the Association at all levels widely launched the movement for the whole population to participate in preventing and combating drug-related crimes.

Continue to mobilize members at the grassroots level to continue to promote production, especially focusing on developing clean agriculture, green agriculture and moving towards organic agriculture; actively implement book conversion, apply information technology in association work and women's movements.

With the spirit of "Solidarity, creativity, aspiration to rise up, integration and development", the unions at all levels continue to strongly and comprehensively innovate the content and methods of operation, building an increasingly strong union organization.

At the same time, focus on advising and proposing policies and mechanisms related to the legitimate interests of women; encourage women of all walks of life to actively, proactively, dynamically and creatively participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, contributing to building Thanh Hoa to soon become a rich, beautiful, civilized and modern province; a comprehensively developed and exemplary province of the whole country.
