Auxiliary technical items: with a construction floor area of ​​about 1,025m2 including bridge corridors, garbage collection yard, guard house gate, 4 parking lots on the ground (total area of ​​4 parking lots is about 633m2)...

Synchronous investment in garden landscape items. Logo, signboard, school name designed in a synchronous manner in terms of light style, color and material. New investment in synchronous equipment for the building blocks.

Total land area is about 42,175.32m2 including: Land area within the planned road opening scope is about 1,682.32m2; Land area for project implementation is about 40,493m2.

The project has a total investment of 980 billion VND, from the city budget. Implementation period is from 2022 - 2026.
