At the end of July, the atmosphere at the Cultural Center - Conference Hall of Muong Cha district was more exciting than usual because this was the place chosen to hold the forum "Police listen to people's opinions" chaired by Muong Cha district police, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district. Hundreds of delegates, most of whom were local people, were happy and excited to attend the forum. This was an important conference, demonstrating the closeness and attachment between the police force and all levels, sectors, especially the people.

In the spirit of democracy and openness, people have contributed many opinions. Most of the opinions acknowledged the hard work, contributions and contributions of officers and soldiers in ensuring security and order, preventing and strictly handling violations of the law... thereby contributing to political stability, social order and safety, helping people feel secure in their work and production. The delegates also hoped that in the coming time, the district police force would continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, dedication to the people, do well in all aspects of work, ensure good security and order in the locality, thereby building the image of brave, humane police officers and soldiers serving the people.

Not only for the People's Public Security force, through the periods, under the leadership of the Party, supervision of the People's Council, the Fatherland Front Committee at all levels, the people have always promoted their right to mastery, demonstrated their role and responsibility in all areas of social life through citizen reception activities, dialogue with the people, and voter contact conferences...

Ms. Lo Thi Mien, a resident of Lay Nua Commune, Muong Lay Town, shared: Meeting voters or dialogue activities of Party committees and authorities at all levels is an opportunity for each of us to promote our right to mastery, participate in giving opinions to build the Party and government; is an opportunity for State agencies to grasp the situation, promptly resolve the aspirations, problems and concerns of the people; at the same time, receive people's opinions and suggestions on the direction and management, thereby having specific solutions in leadership, creating consensus and trust of the people in local Party committees and authorities.

It can be seen that through many incidents and events, especially in recent years, when our province is implementing many key projects, issues related to obstacles and site clearance have been basically resolved smoothly. This further affirms that the organization of dialogue activities between leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels with the people is increasingly becoming routine. Voter contact activities are also more effective and practical. According to statistics, regular, periodic and ad hoc citizen receptions for State administrative agencies have been carried out, from 2022 to present, more than 1,000 visits with over 1,500 people have been received. The content of citizen receptions mainly focuses on areas such as: Requests to resolve land disputes, redetermination of boundaries, issuance of land use right certificates; consideration of land allocation for resettlement under the Road 279 upgrade project; proposal to arrange production land according to Project 79...

Regarding voter contact activities, for the 2016-2021 term and from 2021 to present, the groups of provincial People's Council delegates running for election in districts, towns and cities alone have conducted voter contact before and after regular sessions of the provincial People's Council at more than 450 locations with nearly 130,000 voters who are people of communes, wards, towns, villages, hamlets, residential groups, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces in 10/10 districts, towns and cities. Over 4,500 petitions have been compiled. Up to now, the legitimate petitions of voters and people have been forwarded by the People's Councils at all levels to competent authorities for resolution and have been thoroughly monitored and resolved. Issues beyond their authority have also been forwarded to higher-level agencies for consideration, resolution and satisfactory responses to voters' petitions.
