Launching the 1st Young MC Talent Search Contest for Lao Cai Province Students

The contest is for students from 6 to 15 years old studying in the province.

The preliminary round of the contest will take place from June 13 to June 22. Contestants will send a video clip introducing and hosting an age-appropriate program to the Organizing Committee's email address.

Up to 20 excellent contestants will be selected for the final round. Here, they will compete live on stage with a program hosting competition based on the drawn topic, combined with the use of modern technology such as AI to create content, illustrations or supporting videos.

The highlight of the competition is to encourage contestants to apply digital technology , create images, background music, and scripts using AI technology but not change the voice. Each performance can use up to 20 supporting actors.

The final round is scheduled to be held in Lao Cai city on June 29. The Organizing Committee will award a total of 14 official prizes.

The contest aims to encourage children to develop their talents, practice self-confidence, communication skills and master the stage. This is also an opportunity to connect the activities of the Youth Union with the Education sector in life skills education and early career orientation for the young generation; promising to be a highlight in the 2025 summer activities of Lao Cai children.
