A limousine carrying passengers continuously changed lanes without signaling and swerved on the road, causing traffic insecurity on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway and was fined by the authorities.
On the afternoon of April 28, a representative of Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 2 (Team 2, Traffic Police Department) said that the unit had invited the driver of car with license plate 15B-044.XX who swerved on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway to come in for questioning.
According to initial information, at around 10:15 a.m. the same day, traffic participants on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway recorded images of a limousine continuously changing lanes without signaling and weaving on the road, causing traffic insecurity; the images were then sent to the traffic police.

Based on the reported images, Team 2 deployed forces to stop and inspect the vehicle at the toll station of the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway. Through inspection, the authorities identified the driver of the car with license plate 15B-044.XX as NVS (born in 1974, residing in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province).
Driver S. confirmed that he swerved and changed lanes without signaling at Km48 on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway (Hanoi - Hai Phong direction).
"After reviewing the clip reported by the people, the NVS driver admitted his violation and promised not to repeat the offense," said a representative of Team 2.
According to information from Team 2, the unit has drawn up an administrative penalty record for driver NVS for changing lanes without signaling on the highway and swerving while driving on the road. For the above two violations, driver S. was fined 15 million VND and had his driver's license revoked for 3 months.
