According to the report of PC Quang Tri in 2024, the commercial electricity output reached 881.1 million kWh, reaching 102.81% of the assigned plan. Total revenue from electricity business in 2024 reached 1,863 billion VND, reaching 103.6% of the assigned plan. In the first 2 months of 2025, the commercial electricity output reached 132.95 million kWh, an increase of 14% over the same period. In general, in the period of 2021-2025, the company has completed the targets and tasks assigned by EVNCPC, ensuring safe, stable and reliable electricity supply with increasingly high quality, meeting the needs of socio-economic development, national defense - security and production and daily life of the people. The total commercial electricity output in the period of 2021-2024 is 3.2 billion kWh; The average growth rate in the period 2021-2024 is 6.0%.

To achieve the above results, Quang Tri PC always strives to improve the reliability of power supply, always achieving the annual plan assigned by EVNCPC. Implementing groups of solutions to improve the index of grid operation.

Strengthen field inspection to promptly detect and handle potential risks causing incidents; pay special attention to clearing the route corridor, focusing on handling existing problems with high risk of incidents; review and handle contact points; check the overall operating status of transformer stations, strengthen monitoring of transformer stations with frequent power outages to have appropriate solutions in arranging power outage schedules and incident prevention inspection work.

Thanks to that, from October 2024 to now, the medium voltage incidents at the unit have tended to decrease compared to the previous period. In the first months of 2025, up to March 10, 2025, there were 11 incidents, a decrease of 4 incidents (27%) compared to the same period in 2024. In particular, the target on power loss (TTĐN) was well implemented, in 2024, TTĐN reached 2.87%, a decrease of 0.31% compared to the yearly plan and a decrease of 0.59% compared to the roadmap plan, 0.39% lower than EVNCPC (3.26%).

In 2024, construction investment will continue to face many challenges and difficulties in site clearance. Material and equipment procurement and bidding will face many difficulties due to fluctuations in raw material prices.

However, with the close direction of EVNCPC, the unit has focused all resources to accelerate the implementation of projects. In 2024, Quang Tri PC completed 32/34 projects, transferred construction of 2 projects; disbursed VND 150,421 billion/VND 150,447 billion, reaching 99.98% of the assigned plan.

After being accepted and put into use, the projects have been effective in ensuring power supply, production and business, promptly overcoming and preventing incidents, reducing power outages and improving the reliability of power supply for customers.

In 2025, the unit was assigned to manage 31 projects with a total planned capital of 140.54 billion VND. Currently, the company has implemented all projects under the construction investment plan, except for projects temporarily suspended according to EVNCPC's policy.

In addition, PC Quang Tri has actively implemented plans to arrange and assign labor between units, linking the arrangement and assignment of personnel with the restructuring of the quality of staff and workers in accordance with the actual situation, ensuring that the arrangement does not affect the implementation of production and business tasks in order to improve work efficiency and ensure the correct and sufficient labor quota. On the other hand, attention is paid to the training and recruitment of staff and workers to improve professional expertise and the efficiency of human resource use through training programs, equipping knowledge and digital skills. Currently, employees are performing well in their assigned tasks, contributing positively to the innovation and development of the company.

Currently, Quang Tri province is making efforts to soon become an energy center in the Central region, so it is forecasted that commercial electricity output will increase. Therefore, PC Quang Tri has developed a plan and focused all resources to ensure stable electricity supply to serve the needs of daily life and socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the area.

Actively and effectively coordinate with relevant units in site clearance and implementation of key projects such as KFW3.2 Quang Tri and Upgrading the cross-section of the 110kV Dong Ha-Lao Bao line, 500kV Quang Tri transformer station to release renewable energy sources and focus on synchronous and drastic implementation of solutions in grid management and operation, striving to successfully complete production and business tasks assigned by EVNCPC.
