Monthly monitoring implementation plan

Accordingly, at the January and February sessions , the monthly report on the National Assembly's people's petition work and some other reports (if any) will be considered.

At the March session , review the monthly report on the National Assembly's people's petition work and some other reports (if any); conduct questions and answers.

At the April meeting , the National Assembly's Supervisory Delegation's report on the results of supervision was reviewed on "Implementation of Resolution No. 43 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023".

At the same time, review the Government's reports on: State financial report in 2022; State budget settlement in 2022; implementation of national gender equality goals in 2023; summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 43 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program;

Next, the implementation of Resolution No. 93 of the National Assembly on investment policy for the Ka Pet Reservoir Project, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province and Resolution No. 101 of the 5th Session, 15th National Assembly on adjusting some contents of Resolution No. 93;

Implementation of Resolution No. 135 of the National Assembly on changing the purpose of forest use to implement the Than River Reservoir Project, Ninh Thuan province and the Ban Mong Reservoir Project, Nghe An province;

In addition, review the summary report on the results of monitoring legal documents of the Ethnic Council and Committees in 2023; monthly reports on the National Assembly's people's petition work and a number of other reports of relevant agencies as prescribed by law.

At the May meeting , the Government's reports on: Additional assessment of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in 2023; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in the first months of 2024; thrift practice and anti-waste in 2023; results of mobilization, use, payment and settlement of total resources for Covid-19 prevention and control in the period of 2020-2022;

Results of reviewing, synthesizing, classifying and issuing guiding documents according to authority to thoroughly handle backlogs and problems in management, use, payment and settlement of resources serving the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic; summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 94 of the 14th National Assembly on tax debt relief, debt cancellation of late payment fines and late payment fees for taxpayers who are no longer able to pay to the State budget.

Review reports on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 6th Session; monthly reports on the National Assembly's petition work and a number of other reports of relevant agencies as prescribed by law.

At the June and July sessions , review the monthly report on the National Assembly's public petition work and some other reports (if any).

At the August meeting, thematic supervision of "Implementation of policies and laws on innovation of the organizational and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of operations of public service units in the period of 2018 - 2023"; review of the implementation of resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly term to present; conduct questioning and answering questions; Review monthly reports on the National Assembly's people's petition work and some other reports (if any).

At the September meeting, the Government's reports on: Anti-corruption work; anti-crime and law violation work; enforcement of judgments; implementation of social insurance policies and regimes, management and use of the Social Insurance Fund in 2023; management and use of the Health Insurance Fund in 2023;

Results of citizen reception, settlement of administrative complaints and denunciations of state administrative agencies at all levels, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit;

Implementation of Resolution No. 66 of the 13th National Assembly and Resolution No. 63 of the 3rd Session of the 15th National Assembly on a number of tasks and solutions related to the continued implementation of Resolution No. 66.

Implementation of Resolution No. 61 of the National Assembly on continuing to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing policies and laws on planning and a number of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, speed up the progress of planning and improve the quality of planning for the 2021 - 2030 period;

Review monthly reports on the National Assembly's people's petition work; 2024 work reports of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Nationalities Council, the National Assembly Committees; the Government; the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the State Audit Office and other reports as prescribed by law.

At the October meeting , consider and decide on additional budget estimates and allocation of increased revenue and expenditure savings for the 2023 Central budget (if any).

At the same time, review the Government's reports on: Results of implementation of the socio-economic development plan, State budget for 2024 and socio-economic development plan, State budget estimate, central budget allocation plan for 2025; implementation of the public investment plan for 2024 and expected plan for 2025;

Results of implementing the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan 2021 - 2025: National target program on new rural construction; National target program on sustainable poverty reduction; National target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas;

Review monthly reports on the National Assembly's work on people's petitions; report on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 7th session; report on the results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and supervising the settlement of citizens' complaints and denunciations sent to the National Assembly; review monitoring recommendations of the Ethnic Council, National Assembly Committees, National Assembly delegations and National Assembly deputies (if any).

At the November and December sessions , review the monthly report on the National Assembly's people's petition work and some other reports (if any).

Specific assignment of monitoring contents

The National Assembly Standing Committee has also issued Plan No. 560 dated July 27, 2023 on implementing the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee's Supervision Program in 2024, with the goal of creating unity and initiative among agencies in implementation, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the National Assembly's supervisory activities.

According to Plan No. 560, the National Assembly Standing Committee specifically assigns the implementation of the National Assembly's and the National Assembly Standing Committee's supervision contents to each specific agency and unit.

In particular, the Ethnic Council presides over the verification of the Government's report on the results of implementing the 5-year plan for the 2021-2025 period according to the Resolution of the National Assembly on the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee at the October 2024 session and complete the verification report to submit to the National Assembly at the 8th session.

The Law Committee, presides over and advises the National Assembly Standing Committee's thematic supervision delegation on "Implementation of policies and laws on innovation of the organizational and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of operations of public service units in the period 2018 - 2023"...

The Judiciary Committee presides over the examination of Government reports on: anti-corruption work, crime and law violation prevention and control, enforcement of judgments; reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy on work in 2024...
