Footprints all over the village
Esa No hamlet, Dak D'ro commune, Krong No district, Dak Nong province has 6 ethnic groups living together, most of them are ethnic minorities from the North who migrated here such as Tay, Nung, Thai, Muong, Dao. The whole hamlet currently has 329 households, more than 2,000 people. People's lives mainly depend on coffee, rice combined with other crops and livestock.

Remember the story, before, the village road was small, narrow, and degraded, affecting the people's travel and transportation of agricultural products, especially during the rainy season. Therefore, agricultural products were often forced to lower prices by traders. Ms. Xuyen mobilized the people to expand and upgrade the road to make it convenient for travel and connect trade.
“Talking is doing”, when there was a policy to build a road, Ms. Xuyen proactively donated her family’s land, set an example and encouraged everyone to follow. Many households unanimously donated land, joined hands to complete the 4m wide, 300m long concrete road, serving the travel and transportation of goods.
