The People's Procuracy of Hoa Binh province is a unit with the function of exercising the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities. The Institute has 64 staff members, of which 40 are members of the Lawyers Association, accounting for more than (68%).

During the 2018-2023 term, with the attention and leadership of the Party Committee and agency heads, the People's Procuracy Lawyers Association was consolidated and developed.

All members of the Association always have a firm ideological stance, cultivate qualities, ethics and lifestyle, no member has been disciplined. 100% of members are Party members, 4 Institute Leaders, 7 Party Committee members, 1 member is the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers Association.

Regarding professional qualifications, 100% are university graduates, including 11 masters, 22 members have high political qualifications, therefore, the members of the People's Procuracy Lawyers Association are the core force of the People's Procuracy and the Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers Association.

The Hoa Binh Provincial People's Procuracy Branch must regularly implement the regulations of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, maintain the activities of its members closely linked to professional tasks to achieve the best results. The Branch must increase the number of members and ensure quality.

The Association constantly improves the quality of its activities and maintains good discipline so that all members do not violate discipline. Implement the criticism and self-criticism system and classify members annually according to regulations. Strive for the Association to achieve the status of a clean and strong Association.

Performing well the role of members of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, members of the Provincial People's Procuracy Branch promote the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education, participate in propaganda activities on the activities of the People's Procuracy in the cause of judicial reform through the media, participate in community legal advice, legal advice anytime, anywhere. Actively participate in giving opinions on the development of new draft laws or draft amendments and supplements when assigned by the Lawyers Association and the head of the unit.
