The 2023 contest "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" has ended, but the impressions are still deep, the echoes still linger in the hearts of the audience about the simple, rustic, and close acting style imbued with the spirit and character of Uncle Ho in the role of Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ba Phong.

As a teacher, he also participated persistently and enthusiastically in cultural and artistic movements. Romance and love of life always permeate the soul of a scientist.

For him, the cultural and artistic movement is not only a place to share his feelings and relax after hours of hard work and passion in teaching, days of burying his head in reading and researching, but also a thread that tightens the spirit of solidarity and friendship among staff, lecturers, and between teachers and students in the school.

Born and raised in a land of culture and famous mandarinate, where the Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple is located, the famous Trang Nguyen of Hai Phong has penetrated deeply into the heart, contributing to nurturing and molding the very unique "quality" of Hai Phong people.

With the fine traditions of his homeland and the caring and strict guidance of his father, inheriting his mother's love for teaching, he gradually matured and focused on studying and researching. From a young man, he became one of 47 Vietnamese scientists named in the list of 100,000 most influential scientists in the world in 2023.

On the journey of scientific research and teaching, he always moves forward, with the belief that "Pressure creates diamonds". It is this determination, perseverance, and tenacity that has brought him many experiences and opened up many opportunities to learn and exchange with friends and scientific experts around the world.

He successfully defended his doctoral thesis with 6 international publications published in prestigious journals in the ISI/Scopus category. With the desire to continue to contribute to Hanoi University of Industry, he shared the same wish with many teachers of the school that year to return to the common home of HaUI.

With more than two decades of working at Hanoi University of Industry, the teaching profession has given him the opportunity to continue studying, improve his professional qualifications, participate in management work and immerse himself in cultural and artistic movements. But deep in his heart, what makes him most satisfied is the success of generations of students on the path of scientific research.

That is the greatest achievement in the past 21 years, because for him, the more open scientific research activities are, the more "vital" and meaningful the research results will be.

In the career of educating people of Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ba Phong, there is a place that is always a "support", that is the common roof of Hanoi University of Industry.

There, he always felt the affection of the school leaders who created the best conditions for scientists to focus on research; predecessors and colleagues who always accompanied and helped him. Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity for him to strive to follow. And above all, the teacher-student relationship - the source of motivation to fuel the love for the teaching profession, to be able to devote oneself to the journey of conquering knowledge.

During 21 years of working as a teacher, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ba Phong has successfully completed his tasks for many years with many achievements in both training and research.

He is the author of many scientific topics at the grassroots, ministerial and national levels; with over 65 scientific research works published in prestigious domestic and international specialized scientific journals, over 39 studies listed in the ISI/Scopus category; Participated as Associate Editor and Article Editor of a number of prestigious international journals such as: PLOS ONE (ISI); Sage Open (ISI); SEISENSE Journal of Management;

Participate in reviewing and evaluating scientific topics at all levels (grassroots, ministerial, national); Regular reviewer for over 30 domestic and international scientific journals in the ISI/Scopus list, such as: Journal of Economics and Development of the National Economics University, Journal of Knowledge Management, Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, International Journal of Manpower, etc.

The achievements and contributions on the journey of the teaching profession of Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ba Phong are quiet and simple, but in him always burns the fire of passion, enthusiasm, aspiration to contribute, continuing the creative source of the 125-year-old traditional school - Hanoi University of Industry.
