Organizing a discussion to celebrate the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024), Mr. Thai Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc shared that over the past 3 years, the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with strengthening Party building and rectification in the entire Party Committee of the Bloc has achieved many important and practical results, creating positive changes with widespread influence.

From the movement of studying and following Uncle Ho, many advanced and typical collective and individual examples have emerged, arousing emotions, motivation, sense of responsibility, efforts to complete the goals, targets and tasks of each agency and unit and contributing to the development of Quang Nam.

However, there are still some cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees who show signs of avoiding and shirking responsibility in performing public duties. This situation delays and stagnates public service activities, erodes and reduces the trust of people and businesses in state agencies; especially affecting the implementation of socio-economic development goals of the province.

In their speeches at the seminar, representatives of the Party Committees and Party cells directly under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc frankly acknowledged and clearly assessed the current situation, specifically identifying the situation of avoidance, shirking, fear of responsibility, not daring to do, not daring to advise among cadres and Party members.

The delegates also proposed many solutions, focusing on political and ideological education; promoting the responsibility of leaders, setting an example in leading the implementation of the unit's political tasks. At the same time, it aroused and spread positive energy, responsibility, created new motivation, especially the desire for development and dedication of each cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee.

Speaking at the seminar, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Dung informed the representatives of the leaders of the Party Committees at all levels, agencies and units under the Party Committee of the Bloc about the general situation of the country and Quang Nam recently. At the same time, he analyzed the harmful effects of the situation of "avoiding, pushing, and fearing responsibility" among a number of cadres and party members, which has negatively impacted the overall development of the province; affecting the ideological situation of cadres, party members and people.

To overcome the situation of "avoiding, shirking, and fearing responsibility" as identified at the seminar, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Dung requested that Party committees at all levels, agencies, and units under the Party Committee of the Bloc must focus on doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization so that cadres and party members have a correct understanding of their responsibilities, and prevent degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of cadres and party members.

Strengthen inspection, supervision and supervision to correct and prevent small mistakes from becoming big mistakes. Do a good job with personnel work; specifically, do a good job with planning, training, fostering and remuneration policies to motivate the spirit of staff working. Along with that, we must perform well the role of setting an example and protecting staff who dare to think, dare to do, are dynamic and creative for the common good.
