In Resolution No. 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units of Bac Giang province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange Bac Giang city, Yen Dung district and affiliated commune-level administrative units; arrange Luc Ngan district, Son Dong district and affiliated commune-level administrative units, establish Chu town of Bac Giang province and affiliated wards; arrange commune-level administrative units of Hiep Hoa district, Lang Giang district, Luc Nam district, Tan Yen district, Yen The district. From the effective date of the Resolution (January 1, 2025), Bac Giang province has 10 district-level administrative units, including 7 districts, 2 towns and 1 city; 192 commune-level administrative units, including 143 communes, 35 wards and 14 towns.

In Resolution No. 1192/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Can Tho city, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units of Ninh Kieu district. After the arrangement, Can Tho city has 9 district-level administrative units, including 5 districts and 4 rural districts; 80 commune-level administrative units, including 36 communes, 39 wards and 5 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1193/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Dak Lak province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Buon Ma Thuot city and Buon Ho town, Krong Bong district, and Ea Sup district. After the arrangement, Dak Lak province has 15 district-level administrative units, including 13 districts, 1 town, and 1 city; 180 commune-level administrative units, including 149 communes, 18 wards, and 13 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1194/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Dong Nai province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Bien Hoa city, Long Khanh city, Tan Phu district and Vinh Cuu district. After the arrangement, Dong Nai province has 11 district-level administrative units, including 9 districts and 2 cities; 159 commune-level administrative units, including 117 communes, 33 wards and 9 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1195/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Gia Lai province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Pleiku city and Kbang district. After the arrangement, Gia Lai province has 17 district-level administrative units, including 14 districts, 2 towns and 1 city; 218 commune-level administrative units, including 180 communes, 24 wards and 14 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1196/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Khanh Hoa province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Nha Trang city, Ninh Hoa town and Dien Khanh district. After the arrangement, Khanh Hoa province has 9 district-level administrative units, including 6 districts, 1 town and 2 cities; 132 commune-level administrative units, including 96 communes, 30 wards and 6 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1197/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Lao Cai province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Bac Ha district. After the arrangement, Lao Cai province has 9 district-level administrative units, including 7 districts, 1 town and 1 city; 151 commune-level administrative units, including 126 communes, 16 wards and 9 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1198/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Ninh Thuan province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Phan Rang - Thap Cham city. After the arrangement, Ninh Thuan province has 7 district-level administrative units, including 6 districts and 1 city; 62 commune-level administrative units, including 47 communes, 12 wards and 3 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1199/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units of Quang Ninh province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Dong Trieu town and establish Dong Trieu city; arrange commune-level administrative units in Ba Che district, Cam Pha city, Mong Cai city and Ha Long city. From the effective date of the Resolution (November 1, 2024), Quang Ninh province has 13 district-level administrative units, including 7 districts, 1 town and 5 cities; 171 commune-level administrative units, including 91 communes, 73 wards and 7 towns.

In Resolution No. 1200/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Phu Yen province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units under Tuy Hoa city. After the arrangement, Phu Yen province has 9 district-level administrative units, including 6 districts, 2 towns and 1 city; 106 commune-level administrative units, including 82 communes, 18 wards and 6 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1201/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Thai Binh province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Dong Hung district, Quynh Phu district, Kien Xuong district, Tien Hai district, and Hung Ha district. After the arrangement, Thai Binh province has 8 district-level administrative units, including 7 districts and 1 city; 242 commune-level administrative units, including 223 communes, 10 wards, and 9 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1202/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Tien Giang province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Chau Thanh district and My Tho city. After the arrangement, Tien Giang province has 11 district-level administrative units, including 8 districts, 1 town and 2 cities; 164 commune-level administrative units, including 135 communes, 21 wards and 8 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.

In Resolution No. 1203/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Vinh Long province, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to arrange commune-level administrative units in Binh Tan district, Vinh Long city, Long Ho district, Tra On district and Tam Binh district. After the arrangement, Vinh Long province has 8 district-level administrative units, including 6 districts, 1 town and 1 city; 102 commune-level administrative units, including 83 communes, 13 wards and 6 towns. The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024.
