"The incident is under investigation and verification. After receiving the conclusion from the competent authorities, the Department will coordinate with the relevant units and request the competent authorities to resolve and handle the matter strictly, publicly and transparently in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring the legitimate rights and fairness of candidates and staff and teachers performing the exam."

Dan Tri reported that the entrance exam for grade 10 high school in the 2024-2025 school year in Bac Ninh province took place on June 6-8.
At the end of the exam on June 8, information appeared on social networks from parents reporting that during the math exam, the invigilator called the candidates to the restroom (to bring their test papers) and took photos of the candidates' test papers at the exam council of Nguyen Dang Dao High School.
Speaking with Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Nguyen Duc Ha, Head of Quality Management Department, Bac Ninh Department of Education and Training, confirmed that there were violations of exam regulations at Nguyen Dang Dao High School.
The police are investigating and verifying the incident. "After the Tien Du district police clarify the content, the Bac Ninh Department of Education and Training will have official information about the incident," Mr. Ha said.
Upon receiving information posted by parents on social media, the Department went to the school to check the content of the reflection. "We initially determined that there was a violation of regulations.
Specific information cannot be disclosed yet because the police are working on it. The police have met with the candidate's family to verify, but the content is not the same as the information the family posted on social media. We think the incident is quite complicated and needs time to investigate and verify specifically," said Mr. Ha.
Specifically, according to Mr. Ha, initially it was determined that the student only asked to go outside, not to bring the test out for the invigilator to take a photo. At the same time, only one student went outside, not 3-4 students as alleged on social media. The exam invigilators also said they did not observe the phenomenon.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Principal of Nguyen Dang Dao High School and Chairman of the school's Examination Council, said that when he inspected the examination rooms, he did not notice anything unusual, everything was going according to regulations.
"When the information spread on social networks, the school investigated the specific incident, but until now there is still no specific information," Mr. Dung explained.
Although he is the school's principal and also the chairman of the school's examination board, when asked by Dan Tri reporter about how the school verified the information reflected online, the report of the "accused" supervisor and the related students (if any) about the above incident, Mr. Dung said that he "has not done anything yet".
Specifically, according to Mr. Dung, when the exam is over, the exam room records are packaged and sent to the Department of Education and Training. He does not know who is assigned where, who is the exam invigilator 1, who is the exam invigilator 2 (?!).
Regarding the "accusation" information on social networks, Mr. Dung said that it originated from an unknown person, the identity of the supervisor is also unknown, so the school does not know whether the incident is real or not, and does not know which students and teachers are involved in the incident.
