First time father

Many questions were asked to guests and attendees such as: What moment do you hate your father the most, why?; Have you ever argued with your father?; How did you feel when you saw your child being born?; How do you love your child?…

Musician Nguyen Van Chung said he was lucky to be in the delivery room and witness his child being born.

He said he was grateful to his wife for giving birth to their child, enduring many sacrifices, pain, and even risking her health.

"When I saw my child's body and heard him cry, I felt like I was breaking down. My child and I had an invisible bond. When he was born, I played a supporting role, working and living for him.

Only now do I understand why my parents worked so hard to take care of their children. When a man has children, he loses his freedom, but he loses his freedom in happiness" - musician Nguyen Van Chung shared.

Mr. Nguyen Duc said he heard that his father wanted to burn his two children when they were young because the neighbors gossiped about "what kind of life did he have to give birth to a child like this?"

But fortunately, the Viet-Duc twins (Nguyen Viet and Nguyen Duc) were separated by surgery. Nguyen Viet passed away at the age of 26. Nguyen Duc got married and had two twin babies (a boy and a girl).

Mr. Nguyen Duc said: "The feeling of being a father is wonderful. I understand the feeling of growing up without parental love (his parents are divorced), so I never hit my children and always give them the best."

Child education is a difficult problem for parents. Children who are naughty will be beaten, but this will scare them and leave bad memories in them.

"Every time I want to punish my child, I remember the feeling of cold, pain, and fear, so I don't want my child to be like that. But sometimes I can't control my emotions, so I punish my child again. Seeing my child cry, get tired, and then fall asleep, I feel guilty. From then on, I use love to teach my child with words" - musician Nguyen Van Chung pondered.

If you love your child, you have to say it.

Musician Nguyen Van Chung shared that he and his father used to have a distance because when he was young, he had few opportunities to talk to each other because his father's job involved leaving early and coming home late.

About 5 years ago, after the marriage breakdown, Nguyen Van Chung had the opportunity to travel with his father, talked more, and understood the heavy things they both had to go through, so father and son sympathized with each other.

And once, on a bus ride home after a concert, Nguyen Van Chung heard his father say "let him sleep", he burst into tears, knowing his father loved him very much.

25 days ago, Nguyen Van Chung's mother passed away, his father was the most sad. He understood and talked to his father more, suggesting things his father wanted to do, so that he could do them together.

"Don't keep your words of love in your heart, say them out loud so you won't feel guilty when that person is no longer by your side" - Nguyen Van Chung confided.

At the exchange, Nguyen Van Chung helped a father say "I love you" to a 10-year-old girl, something he had never said to his child in all these years.

This moment moved many people. Nguyen Van Chung advised: "Keeping love in your heart, not saying it out loud can easily lead to misunderstandings, why not say it out loud earlier. If you are not used to saying it out loud, try it. If you can say it once, you will be able to say it twice and say it every day. Saying words of love before teaching your children will be very effective."

As for Nguyen Duc, he always has boundless love for his children. He does everything as a housewife to share with his wife, helping his children understand, admire and be proud of their father.
