According to statistics, domestic revenue reached 113% of the estimate (VND 22,717 billion), up 5% over the same period, and import-export tax revenue increased 42.5% of the estimate (VND 4,988 billion), up 50.94% over the same period last year.

Local budget expenditure reached 77% of the estimate (VND 24,270 billion), up 6% over the same period last year. All expenditure tasks closely followed the assigned estimate.

Compared with the beginning of the year estimate and the same period last year, local budget balance expenditure reached 69% of the estimate (19,594 billion VND), up 3%, including: development investment expenditure reached 123% of the estimate (6,024 billion VND), equal to 89%, regular expenditure reached 96% of the estimate (13,494 billion VND), up 11%, debt interest payment reached 86% of the estimate (74.2 billion VND) and additional expenditure for financial reserve fund reached 100% of the estimate.

In addition, spending from targeted additional sources from the central budget to local budgets increased. The provincial People's Council's estimate of 3,038 billion VND, implemented by the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 is 4,676 billion VND, equal to 154% of the estimate and an increase of 21% over the same period last year, due to spending from previous year's sources transferred.
