Mui Ne in top 10 destinations searched by Vietnamese tourists during Tet Giap Thin

BTO-Booking.com, one of the world's leading online travel companies, has just announced a list of 10 domestic destinations most loved and searched by Vietnamese tourists during the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, in which Mui Ne - Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan) ranked 7th in the top 10 of the list.

According to Booking.com, the top 10 favorite and chosen destinations for "spring travel and Tet" this year by domestic tourists are based on searches and bookings from February 8-14 (from December 29 to the 5th day of Tet). Specifically, Da Lat, Nha Trang and Da Nang hold the top 3 most searched destinations thanks to the harmonious combination of majestic natural landscapes, poetic beaches and unique cultures. Followed by Vung Tau, Phu Quoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne, Hanoi, Sa Pa and Hoi An.

Vietnamese people consider Tet Nguyen Dan as a time for family reunions amidst long-standing customs and traditions and looking forward to a journey full of hope for the coming year. In addition to beach tourism still being the top choice of Vietnamese tourists, according to a survey by Booking.com, tourists also tend to look for destinations with cooler weather, with 82% of respondents saying that this year they are interested in a vacation that focuses on water-related activities and organizes many activities with the flavor of Vietnamese Tet.
