The level of payment by land users for the State to supplement the lost area of ​​rice-growing land or increase the efficiency of rice-growing land use is specifically as follows:

Payment level = Area of ​​land specialized in rice cultivation that must be converted to non-agricultural purposes x Price of rice-growing land calculated according to the Land Price List at the time of conversion of land use purpose issued by the City People's Committee x 70%./.

This Decision comes into force from February 23, 2025.
