Specifically, Mr. Pham The Trong Toan (48 years old) - Director of Vinacomin Waterway Transport Joint Stock Company (WTC) - submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors in early March this year. In the application, Mr. Toan said that he had been appointed as director from October 21, 2022.

"During my work, I always try to complete the assigned tasks well. Now, due to my health, I often suffer from high blood pressure, and I am worried that it will affect my work in the future," Mr. Toan stated the reason for his resignation and wanted to be considered for dismissal as soon as possible.

Mr. Toan's resignation was approved shortly thereafter. At the same time, the WTC Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Deputy Director of Quang Minh Transport Services Joint Stock Company - as Director for a term of 5 years. Mr. Cong is also the legal representative of this enterprise.
