Celebrating the 77th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2023)

BBK - Over the past 77 years (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2023), under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the great President Ho Chi Minh, the People's Security Forces (PSF) have continuously grown in all aspects, affirming their particularly important role and position in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland.

Bac Kan Provincial Police Security Force grasps the security and order situation at the grassroots level.

With revolutionary qualities, vigilance, determination, and proactive attack, the People's Public Security force always grasps the situation, clearly identifies targets, targets, and areas, firmly protects national security, and contributes to the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland, for the goal of a rich people, strong country, and a fair, democratic, and civilized society.

Promoting the tradition achieved over the past 77 years, generations of the Bac Kan Public Security Forces have overcome all difficulties, continuously grown in all aspects, increasingly better meeting the requirements of the task of protecting national security in the new situation. Continuing to achieve many outstanding achievements, ensuring security and order in all circumstances, actively contributing to the economic, cultural and social development of the province; constantly striving, training, building a regular, elite and modern force, excellently completing all assigned tasks.

The Provincial Public Security Force has proactively advised the Party Committee and the Government to effectively implement issues related to national security, closely coordinated with the Army, relevant departments and branches, built a national security posture associated with national defense, ensured social security; prevented and handled complicated security and order issues arising related to socio-economic development policies in the province.

With many new policies in the period of deep international integration, the Security force has strengthened the management of immigration, resolved illegal immigration and exit activities of Vietnamese and foreigners, coordinated, fought, and prevented trafficking of women, children, weapons, explosives, drugs, counterfeit money and many other cases related to national security. Implemented security measures in all fields, especially security among ethnic groups and religions; ensured internal security, cultural and ideological security, economic security, and political and cultural events taking place in the area.

In the first 6 months of 2023, the Security Investigation Agency has accepted and investigated 10 cases, 13 defendants; the rate of investigation and discovery of very serious and especially serious cases reached 100%; discovered 43 cases of local citizens illegally leaving the country who were arrested and returned by foreign authorities; organized meetings and contacts with 35 prestigious people among ethnic minorities. The Internal Political Security Force protected the safety of 08 delegations of Party and State leaders visiting and working in the locality; ensured absolute safety for the 10th grade entrance exams and high school graduation exams taking place in the area. Strengthened the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation.

The Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Force discovered, fought and handled 14 cases, 14 subjects; prosecuted 03 cases in the fields of information technology, telecommunications networks and high technology under its investigation authority. The Immigration Management Force received 2,369 passport applications; questioned and investigated 69 cases of illegal exit, issued decisions to administratively sanction 10 cases, 11 cases with a total fine of 50 million VND; discovered and transferred 01 case, 01 defendant for the crime of "Organizing illegal entry for others".
