On August 13, Ninh Binh Club held a ceremony to launch the new season. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Song Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee; along with leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Culture and Sports; representatives of sponsors: Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loc Phat Bank ( LPBank ); Mr. Nguyen Chi Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thaigroup, along with representatives of press agencies, coaching staff, players and a large number of Ninh Binh Club fans.

Ninh Binh Club enters the new season with careful preparation and a comprehensive development strategy. Club President, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc My Anh, shared: “Ninh Binh Club officially joins the V-League, marking a new turning point in the football history of the ancient capital Hoa Lu. We are committed to developing Ninh Binh football with a synchronous, sustainable and unique strategy."

To achieve this goal, Ninh Binh Club has invested heavily in the coaching staff and facilities. The coaching staff is led by experienced coaches from Spain, promising to bring an attractive and scientific attacking style of play. Not only that, the team has also added many quality domestic and foreign players.

The Ninh Binh FC squad for the 2025-2026 season will feature key players such as Hoang Duc and Van Lam, the brightest stars of Vietnamese football.
