Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Huynh Tan Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, requested the police of all units and localities to mobilize maximum forces and means to launch attacks and suppress crimes, ensuring good implementation of crime prevention, combat, and reduction, thereby maintaining security and order, creating a safe and healthy environment for people to enjoy spring, welcome the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024 and ensuring absolute safety for major events of the country, the province and festivals at the beginning of the year. The peak implementation period is from December 15, 2023 to February 29, 2024.

Immediately after the ceremony, the provincial police forces organized a parade, demonstrated their strength, and promoted propaganda on the main roads of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, calling on the masses to participate in the peak period.
