The Emulation and Reward Committee of Ha Tinh province sought public opinions to propose that the President posthumously award the third-class Independence Medal to three individuals who participated in revolutionary activities before 1935.
Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Decree No. 91/2017/ND-CP dated July 31, 2017 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Circular No. 12/2019/TT-BNV dated November 4, 2019 of the Ministry of Home Affairs detailing the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 91/2017/ND-CP dated July 31, 2017 of the Government, the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board (Standing Body of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council) solicited public opinions on the proposal for the President to posthumously award the third-class Independence Medal to 3 individuals.
Specifically, including: Mr. Nguyen Thuc , born in 1909, hometown: Thai Yen commune (now Thanh Binh Thinh commune); Mr. Nguyen Xuan Chuong , born in 1893, hometown: Bui Xa commune (now Bui La Nhan commune); Mr. Tran Van Triem , born in 1910, hometown: Bui Xa commune (now Bui La Nhan commune).
All three individuals were from Duc Tho district and were recognized by the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for participating in revolutionary activities before 1935.
People can give their opinions by sending a document (with signature, full name, phone number, contact address) and sending it to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board (No. 86, Phan Dinh Phung Street, Ha Tinh City).
After 10 days of posting, if there is no feedback from the People, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee will carry out the procedures and processes to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the levels of rewards according to regulations.
