- Comrade Tran Minh Luc: The 22nd session is a regular session at the end of 2024; the Provincial People's Council will consider, discuss and decide on the following important contents:

Firstly, in terms of socio-economic development (SE), based on the results of the implementation of the SEDP from the beginning of the 2021-2026 term to present and the results of 2024 alone; based on the goals, targets, tasks and solutions set for the entire 2021-2025 period, the Provincial People's Council will consider, discuss and propose more positive and effective solutions to achieve the goals, targets and tasks, solutions to implement the SEDP in 2025, creating conditions for completing the goals and targets of the SEDP in the 2021-2025 period.

Second, decide on important issues on mechanisms and policies for the province's socio-economic development in the next period. Based on the submission of the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council will consider important issues of the province regarding budget, development investment, public investment, payroll, some regulations and policies on land, housing, construction, policies for health, agriculture, policies for digital transformation, naming and renaming of streets and neighborhoods, and decide on the plan to organize the Provincial People's Council session and the supervision activities of the Provincial People's Council in 2025.

Third, strengthen and promote advisory activities on supervision. The Provincial People's Council will review the results of supervision by the Standing Committee and the committees of the Provincial People's Council, reports of the Provincial People's Committee, judicial agencies, and examination results of the committees of the Provincial People's Council in the fields as prescribed; listen to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people; discuss and review reports of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and the results of supervision of the settlement of voters' recommendations, especially on key and urgent issues that are of interest to a large number of voters and people in the province.

Questioning the Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee on the implementation of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, aiming to strengthen and promote the improvement of the spiritual and material life of ethnic minorities and mountain areas.

- Comrade Tran Minh Luc: The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council always pays attention to innovative solutions to improve the quality of the People's Council meetings. Preparations for the meeting are carried out "early and remotely", especially the contents of the reports and the list of resolutions expected to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval.

With a large volume of resolutions to be considered and approved at the 22nd session, with 27 resolutions, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council focused on closely and thoroughly directing the development, examination and submission of resolutions for approval. The Provincial People's Council committees coordinated from the beginning, accompanied the departments and branches in drafting resolutions, focused on surveying the reality; surveyed, reviewed and thoroughly examined the contents: Legal basis, authority, practice, resources, feasibility, synchronization, unity; focused on considering the results of consultation and criticism of the Front.

For important policies with great influence and large implementation resources, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council shall consider and report to the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation to request the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee's opinion before submitting to the Provincial People's Council to ensure strict compliance with policies and laws.
