No fee for visitors to participate in Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourism Festival

To facilitate the organization of the festival, promote the image, attract tourists, restore and develop tourism, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province directed the Management Board of Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourist Area to not collect fees for visitors participating in the Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourism Festival in 2023, from October 5-7.

Accordingly, relevant agencies and units coordinate with Trung Khanh district to actively and proactively implement assigned contents according to plan, ensuring security, order, safety and smooth traffic during the festival.

From October 5-7, Cao Bang province will organize the Ban Gioc Waterfall Festival 2023 with many unique activities such as: water procession ceremony to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather and wind; space to display and introduce products, specialties, and cuisine; sports activities, folk games; chestnut garden experience week...

Within the framework of the 2013 Ban Gioc Waterfall Festival, there was also a performance of Then singing and Tinh lute by 1,000 people.

The activity will last for about 10 minutes with the theme "Origin and identity of Then Tinh Cao Bang"; in which, artists and extras will perform three songs: Ban Gioc Moonlight (composed by musician Pham Tinh), Road to my village (composed by musician Dam Thanh), Flowers of my hometown forest (composed by musician Hoa Cuong)...

The Ban Gioc Waterfall Festival 2023 is an opportunity for Cao Bang province to continue promoting to tourists famous landscapes such as Ban Gioc Waterfall, Truc Lam Ban Gioc Pagoda, Nguom Ngao Cave, Mountain God Eye, historical and cultural relics, community tourism villages...

In the first 9 months of 2023, the total number of tourists to Ban Gioc waterfall reached nearly 227,000.

Currently, the ticket price to visit Ban Gioc waterfall and Nguom Ngao cave is 45,000 VND/person/trip.
