No damage in scrap yard fire in Thanh Liet ward

Earlier, at around 7:15 a.m. on August 10, a fire broke out at a scrap yard in lane 215, Trieu Khuc Street (Thanh Liet Ward). A column of black smoke rose dozens of meters high, causing many residents to worry.

After receiving the news, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 31 quickly mobilized forces and vehicles to the scene to extinguish the fire. At around 7:30, the authorities controlled the fire and prevented it from spreading.

Initial information said the fire occurred at the scrap yard and did not spread to the warehouse or workshop. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
