Officials, party members and people of all walks of life in Cam Pha ward in particular and the whole province in general were very happy and excited to know that Quang Ninh province started construction, broke ground and granted investment certificates for many projects and works of a driving and key nature, unlocking potential, creating new momentum for the province's socio-economic development on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Among them, there are many projects and works of symbolic significance, creating a mark for a new development stage, such as: Expanding Bai Chay Hospital; upgrading and expanding Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital; social housing areas for coal workers, workers in industrial parks; service infrastructure, tourism , industry, schools, etc.

I highly appreciate the province's proactive spirit in considering, researching, and selecting projects and works to be invested in and constructed this time, which are very practical and closely linked to the transformation of the economic growth model and the legitimate rights and interests of the people and workers, contributing to realizing the goals set forth by the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels.

I believe and expect that these projects and works, after being invested in, will be quickly completed, put into operation, used, exploited, and effectively promote investment resources.

We expect that the projects of the Coal industry, especially the underground mining and coal screening projects, will quickly receive the attention and direction of the leaders of TKV, creating favorable conditions for related units to synchronously and comprehensively implement investment and construction work, ensuring quality, and quickly putting into operation and production. We, the people of Ba Che commune, as well as the communes in remote, border and island areas in the province, are very happy and excited to have received the attention of the province in investing resources in infrastructure, transportation, technology, healthcare, and schools, helping people to travel conveniently, improve trade and enhance the quality of life.

Today, we witnessed the province starting the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 330 (from Ba Che commune to provincial road 342). This is truly a very happy thing for all the people in the area where the project passes through. The project's commencement of investment and construction not only meets the timely needs of socio-economic development in the area, but also connects the region, narrows the gap between the dynamic, key areas and the disadvantaged areas of the province; improves and ensures traffic safety, helps people travel, trade and do business conveniently, creates more motivation for people in ethnic minority areas to increase, promote production development, increase the value of agricultural products and planted forest areas.

We, the people, pledge to support and create the most favorable conditions for land acquisition and project implementation, ensuring that the project is quickly completed, put into operation and used effectively.

We hope that the social housing project for workers at Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park Phase 1 will soon be completed and put into use. This is an urgent need, helping workers have stable accommodation and feel secure in their long-term commitment to the enterprise.

The establishment of social housing areas not only solves the problem of social security for workers, but also contributes to improving the quality of life, creating a strong connection between workers and businesses, and at the same time helping to attract more high-quality human resources to Hai Ha Industrial Park. This will bring practical benefits to workers, businesses and the sustainable development of the industrial park in the future.

Doctor CKII Le Ngoc Dung, Director of Bai Chay Hospital: "The expansion will promptly meet urgent needs for the hospital in the current and future stages"

The hospital's leadership and staff highly appreciated the province's determination to invest in the Bai Chay Hospital expansion project, a strategic project that was started on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Currently, the hospital is serving 1,500-2,000 outpatient visits and over 1,100 inpatients per day, far exceeding its current design capacity.

With an expanded scale including a 10-storey treatment building, 30 general clinics, 100 treatment beds, and a modern testing system..., this is a very necessary addition, promptly meeting urgent needs for the hospital in the current and future stages.

Clearly identifying the responsibilities and great opportunities ahead, the hospital has been actively preparing human resources, equipment, organizational processes and operational plans to be ready when the project is completed and put into operation. We also sincerely hope that the project will be constructed on schedule, ensuring high quality, complying with all technical and safety standards to soon come into operation, making an important contribution to improving the medical capacity of the entire Quang Ninh province.

I am very pleased that today, Quang Ninh province has simultaneously inaugurated key projects that are meaningful to the development of the province. Notably, the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television Headquarters. This is not only a modern project with beautiful architecture associated with the image of Ha Long Bay, but also has special significance in improving the quality of information and propaganda work of the province, especially in the context of strong digital transformation, the need of people for fast, accurate and multi-dimensional information is increasing. A modern media infrastructure like this will help reporters and editors better promote their creativity, produce many in-depth programs, honestly and vividly reflecting the development of Quang Ninh. Thereby, the work of propagating the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State to the people will also be more timely and effective.

Personally, I believe that the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television Headquarters and other projects such as schools, golf courses, social housing... will become important pillars, contributing to spreading the image of a dynamic, innovative and creative Quang Ninh, while creating social consensus in implementing the province's development goals.
