Groundbreaking ceremony for housing construction project for People's Public Security force

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, emphasized that, implementing the Prime Minister's direction on assigning targets to the Ministry of Public Security to build houses for the People's Public Security force, stemming from the urgent housing needs of the force, the Ministry of Public Security has coordinated with Hanoi city to start two projects. This is the third project on building houses for police officers and soldiers to be started, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party, State and the industry for the lives of police officers and soldiers.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Dang Hong Duc requested the investor to implement the project with a spirit of urgency, focus on human resources and equipment, ensure progress and quality of the project, especially with modern architecture and quality assurance.

Representative of the investor consortium, Chairman of the Board of Members of Xuan Mai Company Limited, Nam Ha Noi Bui Khac Son shared that the project is a step to realize the Government's Project "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments", and to implement the direction of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee on prioritizing housing development for the armed forces, contributing to improving living conditions and creating motivation for officers and soldiers to work with peace of mind.

The investor commits to mobilizing maximum financial resources, human resources, and equipment to implement the project professionally, strictly complying with construction and technical regulations, ensuring the highest quality of the project. In addition, factors of labor safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention and fighting will also be given top priority throughout the construction process.

The project will be implemented systematically, scientifically and synchronously through close coordination between the investor, consultants, contractors and management agencies. The goal is to complete and hand over 1,056 apartments on schedule. This will be a residential area that is not only highly aesthetic and structurally solid, but also has synchronous investment in infrastructure and living facilities, truly a "home away from home" for police officers, soldiers and their families.

Previously, on July 14, 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision 3789/QD-UBND approving the investment policy of the Housing Construction Investment Project for the People's Public Security Armed Forces (social housing for police officers and soldiers) at the land plot with symbol 6.2 under the S4 Sub-zone Planning (Duong Noi Ward). The project has a land use area of 11,263m², with three 30-storey social housing blocks, expected to provide about 1,056 apartments, implemented by the joint venture of Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company and Nam Ha Noi Wholesale Market Joint Stock Company.
