As one of the customers participating in a life insurance contract with the new recording process applied at Prudential, Ms. Tran Thi Thoan said that the recording was very beneficial for her because she was clearly summarized about the terms and benefits in the contract.

It is known that, before the updates in the regulations of the life insurance industry, Prudential has applied audio recording testing to its sales process before the law's application date. Through the testing, the company also recorded many reviews, feedbacks as well as meaningful shares from customers when talking about the meaningful reasons for choosing to participate in life insurance.

In another case, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khuyen shared her experience after nearly 30 minutes of recording with a Prudential consultant: "I find recording very beneficial for customers and it is also an opportunity for me to hear again about the terms and benefits in the contract that I need to pay attention to."

Recording the consultation is an opportunity for the client to listen again to the rules and terms of the contract.

Ms. Khuyen likened the recording process to ordering food at a restaurant. “For me, this recording is like ordering food at a restaurant and the waiter will confirm the “order” to make sure I can enjoy the right and full flavors that I want,” she added.

Through the recording when participating in insurance, both Ms. Khuyen and Ms. Thoan sent their motherly care to their children.
