At the same time, combined antibiotic treatment, closure of the ductus arteriosus with drugs, adjustment of blood coagulation disorders and complete intravenous nutrition. After 3 days of mechanical ventilation without improvement, the doctors in the department consulted to inject Surfactant for the second time. And after 2 weeks of intensive treatment, the child's lung condition improved and the endotracheal tube was removed, and the child was transferred to a nasal prong ventilator.

The baby continued to receive intravenous nutrition with full nutrition and began to try breast milk. By day 43, the baby was breastfeeding well, weighed 1.5 kg, was in stable health and was discharged from the hospital.
