Urgently advise on perfecting the Youth Union Council at all levels

On behalf of the Central Youth Union Secretariat and the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, comrade Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Central Youth Union and Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, commended the results achieved by the Young Pioneers at all levels, teachers, cadres in charge of children, and Young Pioneers and children in the 2024-2025 school year.

Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang requested that the Young Pioneers Councils at all levels carefully study the contents and issue a specific, practical, synchronous and effective program for the Young Pioneers' work and the children's movement of the province.

Comrade Nguyen Pham Duy Trang noted that the Vietnamese Children's movement to compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings continues to be a core movement, the red thread running through the work of the Young Pioneers.

The 2025-2026 school year is a year of many important events, and movements must be associated with peak emulation periods. In addition, the Provincial and Municipal Youth Union Councils need to urgently advise on perfecting the organization of Youth Union Councils at all levels, especially the Commune-level Youth Union Councils in the context of the very important operation of the 2-level local government model.

The Council of the Young Pioneers at all levels needs to consider the prevention of accidents, injuries, drowning, and child abuse as an urgent and regular task to implement programs and activities to ensure safety for children. Take care of, build and promote the role of the team of cadres in charge of the Young Pioneers, teachers in charge of the Young Pioneers. Promote the role of the Young Pioneers organization in protecting, caring for and accompanying children, especially in residential areas; pay special attention to children in difficult circumstances, children in remote areas, border areas, etc.
