On February 7, the people of Phong Coc ward (Quang Yen town) held the Dai Ky Phuoc festival at Phong Coc communal house. This is one of the traditional festivals that the locality maintains and organizes every year.

Phong Coc Temple is located in Zone 4, Phong Coc Ward, Quang Yen Town, built in the 19th century, worshiping Than Nong and the Four Holy Ladies, who are worshiped as tutelary gods.

This year's Phuoc Dinh Phong Coc Dai Ky Festival takes place on the 2nd, 10th and 11th of the first lunar month . After the incense offering and drum beating ceremony, the Festival takes place with many unique cultural and artistic activities and traditional games.  

This is also an opportunity for local people to thank Thanh Hoang and Tu Vi Thanh Nuong for blessing the villagers with a year of bountiful harvests, a prosperous and happy life. At the same time, they pray for the new year for all villagers to be healthy, peaceful, and achieve better results in work and production.

Phong Coc Communal House was ranked as a National Architectural and Artistic Relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on March 22, 1988. Coc Communal House is the largest and most beautiful of the six remaining ancient communal houses in Quang Yen Town, with very sophisticated architecture and sculpture.
