The program of bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas takes place from July 4 to 6, 2024 with a scale of 30 booths with the participation of enterprises, production households, businesses, and distributors of goods with Vietnamese brands and labels. The main products include rice, vermicelli, pho, fish sauce, cooking oil, spices, laundry detergent, agricultural products and foods serving the essential needs of the people. The program also organizes consumer consulting activities, promotional sales, discounts, and product trials to help consumers experience high-quality Vietnamese products, increase confidence and change consumer habits, and support domestic enterprises to promote product consumption in the domestic market.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: After many years of successful organization, the program of bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas has become a bridge to help businesses promote their brand image and products; people have more opportunities to choose high-quality consumer products at reasonable prices. In particular, the program helps businesses develop a distribution network in the potential rural market. This is also a practical activity to effectively implement the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" launched by the Politburo and Plan No. 85/KH-UBND of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Project on Developing the Domestic Market in conjunction with the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in the period of 2021-2025 in the province.

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the program of bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas, provincial leaders and delegates visited, encouraged and wished the enterprises, establishments, production and trading households participating in the program good business and market expansion in Thai Binh in the coming time.
