Intel is focusing not only on chip performance but also on services and user experience, through collaboration with software and application developers, Mr. Feng said.

The AI PC consists of three main elements: Intel's Core Ultra PC chipset, with a built-in neural processing unit (NPU) designed to handle AI workloads; Microsoft's AI chatbot, Copilot; and a dedicated "Copilot key" on the keyboard. Feng expects the company's product to grow due to the potential for AI PCs to improve work efficiency.

The company is also developing AI PCs with Microsoft to provide features like sign language support, real-time video transcription, and automatic conversion of text to PowerPoint slides. Intel is also increasing its collaboration with security software developers to use NPU processors for features like anti-phishing and ransomware detection.
