On October 6, Hoa Lu District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

At the conference, delegates were informed and implemented the following documents: Regulation No. 114-QD/TW, dated July 11, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work; Conclusion No. 54-KL/TW, dated May 9, 2023 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Decision No. 99-QD/TW, dated October 3, 2017 on continuing to promote the role of the People in the fight to prevent and repel degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party; Conclusion No. 58-KL/TW, dated June 23, 2023 of the Secretariat on the organization and operation of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly; Regulation No. 116-QD/TW, dated July 28, 2023 of the Secretariat on directing, orienting and providing information, and propagating the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity; Directive No. 24-CT/TW, dated July 13, 2023 of the Politburo on firmly ensuring national security in the context of comprehensive and extensive international integration; Regulation No. 110-QD/TW, dated July 6, 2023 of the Secretariat on the rotation of cadres in the Party Inspection sector.

These are regulations, conclusions and directives that have an orientational nature, clearly defining the Party's viewpoint on important contents, affecting many aspects of Party building, political system building and important issues arising in ensuring national security in the context of comprehensive and extensive international integration.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Bui Thien Thi, Secretary of Hoa Lu District Party Committee, requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to seriously and effectively study the documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat according to the set plan to provide knowledge to cadres and Party members, promptly update new regulations, create unity in perception and action, and ensure that the Central's regulations soon come into practical and effective life.
