The implementation of works and projects in Lak district encountered many difficulties, especially in site clearance, from the stages of measuring, determining land origin, developing price plans, appraising and publicizing plans.

In order to overcome difficulties, with the close direction of the District People's Committee, the drastic participation of sectors and localities and the consensus in handing over the site from the people, many works and projects have achieved the set progress.

At the same time, it will promote the development of tourism in Lak district in particular and tourism in the province in general.

Along with the above two projects, Lak district is directing relevant units to urge contractors to continue implementing the construction of transitional works from 2022 and works whose investment capital plans have been approved. Director of the Lak District Construction Investment Project Management Board Dao Quang Luong said that as the investor of 29 projects from public investment capital in 2023, from now until the end of the year, the Board will strengthen the inspection and supervision of the progress and quality of construction works. At the same time, mobilize contractors to take advantage of favorable weather to mobilize human and material resources to speed up the construction progress of projects that have been handed over the site, thereby disbursing capital in a timely manner, on schedule and ensuring investment efficiency.

To promote the effectiveness of works, projects as well as allocated capital, the People's Committee of Lak district requires investors and contractors to urgently complete and settle the construction items transferred from 2022 to 2023, completed before December 31, 2023 and speed up the progress of preparing documents, implementing construction, and disbursing capital for works in 2023 according to regulations. Any unit that fails to disburse in time to recover capital, the head of that unit shall be responsible to the People's Committee of the district.
